It's been almost 12 weeks since the COVID-19 has shut down most businesses in Ontario including Pure Health Clinic.
The Chief Medical Officer of Health has amended Directive 2, to state that Health Care Providers, which includes Acupuncturists that they may gradually restart non-essential and elective services.
We have taken multiple steps to reduce the risks of transmission and to promote to the best of our ability a safe and responsible level of care and service provision.
Many appointments were cancelled from March 16th to May 26th so we have many waiting to be seen again at Pure Health Clinic. However, to promote a safe environment, in person visits will be very slow and gradual beginning May 27th, this will substantially affect our ability to return to normal in-person patient flow. There could be some wait times as we sort out all the new protocols and we just ask for some patience as we work through everything.

We will get the online booking system open shortly, but as we transition we just ask you email, call or text at this time.
We are asking that you follow the COVID-19 Protocols that we are implementing to support the safety for our patients and practitioners. Pure Health Clinic will be adhering to physical distancing measures as well as CTCMPAO and Ministry of Ontario regulations for businesses.

What we ask our Patients to adhere to:
Please complete the online survey prior to your appointment, it will be sent out to you 24 hours in advance.
Please bring your own mask or face covering (we will provide a mask if you do not have your own mask or fabric face covering).
Please attend your appointment alone unless absolutely necessary, and ensure that anyone accompanying you is not at risk or exhibiting any symptoms. They also need to be wearing a face-covering/mask.
Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing ANY cold or flu-like symptoms or illness, or have been out of Ontario in the past 14 days.
Please note that under these circumstances, our cancellation policy is currently not in effect. You must be free of symptoms for 14 days before re-booking the appointment.
What we are Doing:
We have reduced our clinic capacity to below 50% to ensure physical distancing and time to sanitize rooms.
Your appointment will be scheduled so that there is no overlap of appointment times.
Upon entering the facility, the practitioner will review the pre-screen criteria. Then you will be accompanied by your practitioner to the treatment room.
The practitioner will be wearing a mask for your entire appointment time and utilizing regular hand washing practices.
We are thoroughly cleaning the treatment area between clients.
